Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VitalityStory, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VitalityStory.

Use License

The materials on VitalityStory's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. VitalityStory makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall VitalityStory or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VitalityStory's website, even if VitalityStory or a VitalityStory authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
